when i was young, my greatest wish was to buy all the food money could buy and send it to africa for those poor starving people. even though it might not be enough (i guess it will never be enough) to keep the entire population from starvation, i believed that it would make a difference.
came across this site, aptly titled “Witness”, which has brutally honest photographs taken with a haunting quality on war, famine, aids, etc. you should see it. and think how lucky u are.

i thought this is really cool. came across a website http://zonezero.com/magazine/essays/diegotime/time.html by this woman who photographs her family right from the beginning, which became a yearly ritual. It’s like timeline deja vu. i realise the man doesnt grow old as fast as the woman. oh dear. :(

caught stardust last night at gv grand. now comin to think of it,
if it was gold class, that would be perfect. my verdict is:
better than i expected. loads.
the plot kept you glued throughout, with amazing humor injected at
appropriate intervals (oh god i love the chicken squawking dude), a
nice touch of romance, and boy, i’ll never look at robert de niro in the
same way ever again. and by the way, that was my favorite character.
